Alloy

A memecoin on the outside. NVDA and SPY on the inside.

A clad coin has one metal on its faces and another in its core, and the core shows on its edge. $HYBRID is built the same way. The stock tokens sit in a vault contract, and every coin is a claim on a slice of that vault.

How much is inside depends on the fees collected. At launch it is nothing. "Half meme, half stock" is what the name means, never a promised ratio.

What goes in the core

NVDA

A stock token that follows the price of an Nvidia share.

SPY

A stock token that follows the price of an S&P 500 ETF share.

Stock tokens follow a share's price. They are not the share, and they carry no ownership or vote today.

Open any other coin, then open this one.

  • Other coins and RWA sites: The fee goes to a private wallet; you trust a post

Hybirdex: The fee goes to a vault with no owner and no withdraw function

  • Other coins and RWA sites: A "buyback" nobody can check

Hybirdex: Every purchase is one line with its tx hash

  • Other coins and RWA sites: The coin dies holding nothing

Hybirdex: The coin dies holding stock tokens you can take

  • Other coins and RWA sites: Stock is only the trading pair

Hybirdex: Stock sits inside the coin, behind a burn

  • Other coins and RWA sites: Needs visitors on a site before it makes money

Hybirdex: Works wherever the coin trades; the site is a window, not the engine

  • Other coins and RWA sites: Ten products, no hook

    Hybirdex: One product, one sentence

A coin with a trading fee collects real money. Where that money goes is the whole story.

  • The fee recipient is somebody's wallet. Holders are told it will be spent on buybacks. They cannot check it, and they cannot stop it from leaving the chain.
  • When volume fades the coin is worth what the last buyer paid. There is nothing underneath it.
  • Robinhood Chain has the one thing that could sit underneath: stock tokens, in pools that trade millions of dollars a day. Coins use them as a trading pair and nothing more.
  • Products built on top of these coins need people to visit a site. Most of them never get the visitors.

What Hybirdex does instead

Make the fee itself the product. Point it at a contract that can do exactly one thing with it, buy NVDA and SPY, and give every holder the right to burn the coin and take a share. Nobody has to visit anything for that to work. The site only shows what the contract already did.

  • 68.8 ETH

its coin's trading fee in 19 days, about $172,000

Paid to an ordinary wallet, not to a contract.

  • 51.3 ETH

of that fee left the chain

    Sent over a bridge.

  • 882,004

coins bought with fees, of 17,882,004 "burned so far"

The other 17,000,000 were the deployer's own coins, burned one hour after launch.

  • 60%

of its swap volume came from one wallet

    The coin's deployer. Lifetime: 273 transfers, $228,000, 80 wallets.

  • $3,930

moved through a stock or RWA token

    81 transfers in total.

  • about $1,000

    product fees collected, lifetime

  • $14.0M

traded in the chain's stock-token pools that same day

    In 24 hours.

The only real money in that system is the coin's own fee, and it never touches the product. Hybirdex starts from that fee and builds nothing else until it is handled in the open.

What the reference does better

  • Ten live products behind one menu; we ship one.
  • Routing across 69 chains and a launchpad on four.
  • A polished interface and docs that state their limits.
  • 1,926 holders and a market value near $3.2M on the day it was measured. We start at zero on both.
  • It deploys no contracts of its own, so it carries no contract risk of its own. Our vault is new code.

Pour

Every trade pours stock in.

One trade, followed to the end. The fee never passes through a person: the launchpad credits it to the vault, and the vault can do one thing with it.

Prices read from the chain's pools on 2026-10-13: NVDA $224.99, SPY $779.80.

For scale: the reference coin averaged about $9,070 in fees a day over its first 19 days.

Buy engine

The vault buys in small, spaced, price-guarded steps. Anyone may call it.

  • 1%

Two references
The pool's own 30-minute mean, within 1%, and what the chain's price feeds imply, within 2%. A buy must clear both.
Freshness
No buy while a feed it needs is over 26 hours old. When the US market is closed the budget simply waits.
Smallest buy

Smallest claim
0.0005 ETH. Fees under that wait at the launchpad for more.
Asset order
NVDA, SPY, NVDA, SPY, so equal value goes to each. This is assumption A1.
Route
ETH → stock token, in one swap, in the chain's main DEX pool for that token.
Who may call
Anyone.

Depth on 2026-10-13: NVDA pools $1.46M ($3.32M traded in 24 hours), SPY pools $4.0M ($0.9M in 24 hours). One buy of 0.25 ETH is about 0.08% of NVDA's largest pool.

  • No subscription
  • No credit pack
  • No fee on the Trade page
  • No fee to redeem beyond the 3% that stays in the vault
  • Holders pay only the coin's own trading fee.
  • Redeemers leave 3% of their slice in the vault. That is not income for anyone; it raises book per coin.
  • Later, a factory fee: each hybrid launched through it sends a fixed share of its fee to buy stock for this vault.
  • Read access for trackers and wallets stays free.

What the team is paid, and for what

  • Income: 23% of the fee, in ETH, visible on the Proof page.
  • No coins minted to the team. The only team coins are the 3% bought at launch and locked 90 days.
  • Costs covered by it: the contract review, hosting, the caller script's network fees, design.
  • If volume stops, team income stops the same hour. The vault and the right to redeem stay exactly as they are.

The Take page always shows both exits and says which one pays more.

Said plainly: this is a backstop under the price, not a floor close to it. On the reference's own fee history the vault would have been about a third of market value on the coin's worst day. It matters most when a coin is dying, which is exactly when other coins have nothing.

Sample: 10,000,000 coins against the example vault, at 2026-10-13 prices. A buy on the market also pays the coin's 3% trading fee, so the arithmetic turns positive a little under 1.00, not at it.

  • Counting only coins in circulation would put a bigger number on the page.
  • It would also be a door: park coins in a pool, the circulating figure drops, every remaining coin claims more, redeem the rest, pull the parked coins back out.
  • Total supply only ever goes down, and only by burning. Nobody can move it in their favour.

The share that belongs to pool-held coins is not lost. It is claimed by whoever buys those coins and burns them.

Against total supply0.9700 NVDA

Parking coins changes nothing.

Against coins in circulation0.9700 NVDA

Parking coins changes nothing.

What 10,000,000 coins claim when the example vault holds 100 NVDA.

  • Fees not yet claimed are not part of a redemption, and neither is ETH that has just arrived in the buy budget. Whoever leaves gets a little less, never more. ETH that has sat in the budget unspent through a whole 15-day window is part of it.
  • The issuer of the stock tokens restricts them in some countries. The app asks for a declaration before a redemption and before a purchase of a stock token. The contract cannot check where a person lives.

Assay

Every purchase is one line you can check.

An assay tells you what a coin is really made of. This one is written by the chain: one line per purchase, each with its transaction, and one figure that says how much of the volume is our own.

Hallmark

No owner. No withdraw button.

A hallmark is punched into the metal and cannot be rubbed off. These are punched into the vault: every parameter is fixed in the constructor, and the contract has no proxy.

  • No owner
  • No withdraw
  • No mint
  • No upgrade
  • No pause on redeem
  • Split fixed at 75 / 23 / 2

It can

  • Claim its own fees from the launchpad's escrow
  • Pay the tip and the team share, fixed at 2% and 23%
  • Swap ETH into NVDA and SPY inside its limits
  • Hand a pro-rata slice to whoever burns the coin

It cannot

  • Sell a stock token
  • Send assets to any address except through redeem()
  • Change its split, its two assets or its limits
  • Be upgraded, paused as a whole, or owned
  • Be emptied by the team: there is no such function

One switch

A guardian address can pause and resume buy(), for the day a pool or a price reference breaks. It cannot touch assets and it cannot stop redeem().

What stops itFees not yet claimed are not redeemable: a leaver cannot front-run a large claim.

What stops itNo reward depends on volume. Washing pays nobody: it only feeds the vault.

Powers we do not control

Read from verified contracts on 2026-10-13. These are the real risks, and no wording of ours removes them.

Stock tokens, through their issuer

  • Upgradeable through a beacon.
  • Roles in the verified contract can pause the token, block an account, burn a balance and update the multiplier that carries corporate actions.
  • If the vault's address were blocked or the token paused, that token's part of a redemption stops until the issuer lifts it. A holder can still leave with the other parts; nobody on our side could move the assets either.

Launchpad

  • Its owner can redirect any coin's fee recipient after a 3-day timelock. Stock already in the vault is out of reach; future fees are not.
  • Its owner can also pay a curve's waiting fees straight to the fee recipient, past the escrow. For this coin they would land in the vault whole, as buy budget, with no tip and no team share taken.
  • After graduation, the fee on a buy is taken in coins, and converting those to ETH needs the launchpad's operator.
  • Graduation takes two calls that anyone may make. Between them the coin cannot be traded anywhere; the caller script and the app make whichever is due. If the pool stayed unopened for 7 days, the launchpad's owner could take the curve's reserves back.

Price references and pools

  • Feeds go stale outside US market hours: buys wait.
  • Liquidity can leave a pool: the 1% guard stops the buy.
  • A pool's own price history is a ring of fixed length. Somebody swapping in a pool in every block could outrun it and make the vault's buys wait for as long as they kept paying. Anyone can lengthen the ring for good; the launch plan does it before the coin exists.

Invariants

Nine things the review had to prove.

9 of 9 have passing proofs on a fork of the live chain. Three rounds of adversarial review found 21 things, none of which let anyone take stock or ETH out beyond the rules: 19 are closed in code and re-attacked by the reviewer, 2 are powers of the launchpad and are listed under Risks. Nothing is on mainnet yet, and no outside firm has audited the contracts.

  1. 1No call path moves a stock token out except redeem().
  2. 2redeem() never pays more than amount / supply × balance.
  3. 3The split is 75 / 23 / 2 for every claim of any size.
  4. 4buy() cannot spend more than 0.25 ETH or run twice inside 10 minutes, whoever calls it.
  5. 5buy() reverts when the result is more than 1% from the pool's 30-minute mean or more than 2% from what the price feeds imply, or when a feed it needs cannot be used.
  6. 6The guardian cannot move value, cannot block redeem(), and cannot keep ETH out of redemptions: a fee the vault claimed and never spent is redeemable within 30 days.
  7. 7Dust: a 1-wei redeem, a dust claim and a donation of stock tokens, ETH or WETH cannot be turned into a gain and cannot stop the vault.
  8. 8Reentrancy through the coin, the stock tokens or the swap route changes nothing, and no caller can choose which asset a buy goes to.
  9. 9The team's bag is 30,000,000 coins and never more, whatever is sent to the lock.

Security process

The order is fixed.

  • Contracts with unit tests and fork tests against the live launchpad.
  • An independent adversarial review by a second reviewer with its own harness: every finding proved by a test.
  • Fixes, then the reviewer attacks the fixes and its proofs run again, until a round finds nothing.
  • A full launch-day rehearsal on a fork of the chain.
  • Only then: the app, the landing page copy, mainnet.

Three shapes checked by hand before the review: anything priced by a formula while value sits out of the contract's sight; every "this loses money for whoever tries it" argument, redone for whoever gets the fee back; every role that can act on other people's money in one call with no size or time limit.

HybirdexVault
Holds the stock tokens; launch, poke, buy, redeem. No owner, no proxy, every parameter fixed in the constructor. It launches the coin itself, as its deployer and fee recipient, and makes the 3% dev buy in that same transaction.
DevLock
Created by the vault at launch. Holds the dev bag until day 90, then releases exactly 30,000,000 coins and burns anything else that was sent to it.
HybirdexLens
Read-only. Gives a page one snapshot of the vault and the exact result of a trade before it is sent. Holds nothing.

The coin itself is the launchpad's standard token: fixed supply, burnable, no mint. The vault is also the coin's deployer, because on this launchpad the deployer may sweep the curve's fees without waiting for the launchpad's operator.

Dev bag

30,000,000

$HYBRID, 3% of supply

locked for 90 days from the launch transaction

  • Bought inside the launch transaction at the curve's opening price: about 0.05 ETH before fees.
  • Sent straight into a time lock. The lock's address is on the Proof page.
  • After 90 days it is an ordinary balance. Any move from it shows in the ledger like every other event.
  • It has the same claim per coin as any other holder: the lock can redeem only after it opens.

What the coin is for

Without the coin

  • See the vault, the ledger and the meter
  • Buy NVDA or SPY on the Trade page, 0% from us
  • Call poke() and buy() for the tip

With $HYBRID

  • A claim on the vault: burn it, take the stock
  • Every trade by anyone adds stock behind it
  • Supply only falls
  • A card of what your bag stands for (planned)
The coin buys a claim, never an edge.

Nobody gets a better price, an earlier call or a bigger slice per coin by holding more.

  • A payout would turn the vault into a faucet and empty it one drip at a time. Accumulating is the point.
  • Tiers reward size. The claim here is the same per coin for a wallet with 1,000 coins and one with 10,000,000.
  • Fewer moving parts is fewer contracts to get wrong.

The one thing a holder can do with the coin that a non-holder cannot: burn it and take stock tokens out.

What pulls each way

Why buy

  • A claim on real stock tokens, enforced by code
  • Stock per coin rises with every trade
  • A number to argue about: price / book
  • A daily purchase to post

Why it tightens

  • Every redeem burns coins
  • Open season: below book, buying to burn pays
  • The dev bag is locked for 90 days
  • No mint function exists

The loop is fee-backed. No trade, no purchase. Nothing is printed to keep it turning.

And from the other side: redeem → coins burned → 3% left behind → book per coin up.

  1. 1Trades of $HYBRID
  2. 2Fee reaches the vault
  3. 3NVDA and SPY bought
  4. 4Stock per coin rises

    • The factory, with a fixed share of each new hybrid's fee buying stock for the first vault
    • The Trade page lists hybrids and what is inside each: the name's "dex" becomes a market of them

Later, not promised

  • A second hybrid with another stock inside.
  • A factory: anyone launches a hybrid, and a share of its fee buys stock for the first vault.
  • Voting: the issuer said on 2026-09-14 that votes for stock-token holders are on its roadmap. If that ships, $HYBRID holders decide how the vault's tokens vote.

  1. T-60 minFinal read of the launchpad's settings
  2. T-30 minDeploy the vault, verify, publish its address
  3. T-0Launch through the vault; the dev buy lands in the lock in the same transaction
  4. T+5 minContract address set on the site; first post with the vault link
  5. T+30 minFirst poke(); first buy(); first ledger line
  6. T+2 hFirst holder cards posted from real wallets
  7. T+24 hDay-1 ledger note: fees in, NVDA and SPY bought

Weeks 1 and 2

  • Daily ledger note, same hour every day
  • Day 3: the first "what is inside your bag" thread, built from holder cards
  • Day 7: week-1 numbers, including the meter
  • First redemption: posted with its receipt card, whoever made it
  • Any day price / book drops under 1.00: the open-season banner and a post explaining the arithmetic

What carries it

  • The sentence: the memecoin with stock inside
  • The contrast: a coin that dies holding Nvidia
  • The ledger: a new, checkable fact every trading day
  • The cards: every holder can show what the bag stands for
  • The meter: an honesty figure nobody else publishes
  • Trackers: get "coin + what is inside it" shown wherever the coin is listed

Four paths

Holder

  1. 1Sees a post: "Hybirdex acquired 2.78 NVDA", with a transaction link
  2. 2Opens the site, no wallet needed: stock in the vault, stock per 1,000,000 coins, price / book
  3. 3Buys $HYBRID on the launchpad, a DEX or the Trade page
  4. 4Connects a wallet and sees the slice those coins stand for (a card to share it is planned)
  5. 5Leaves by selling on the market, or by burning

Redeemer

  1. 1Opens Take and enters an amount of $HYBRID
  2. 2Sees the NVDA and SPY it returns, the 3% that stays, and what selling would pay right now
  3. 3Confirms the declaration about the stock tokens
  4. 4Signs one transaction: coins burned, stock tokens received
  5. 5Gets a receipt on the page, with its transaction (a card to share it is planned)

Caller

  1. 1Watches the fee escrow, usually with a small script
  2. 2Calls poke() when the claim is worth the network fee, and receives 2% of the claimed ETH
  3. 3Calls buy() every 10 minutes while the budget is not empty and the price reference is fresh
  4. 4The team runs one caller so the vault never stalls. It has no special rights

Integrator

  1. 1Reads three numbers from the vault contract or the public API
  2. 2Stock tokens held, book per coin, the purchase history
  3. 3Nothing to sign, no key, no contract to call
  4. 4Shows the coin as "coin + what is inside it"

App screens

Four screens, named from the product: Vault, Take, Trade, Proof.

Vault
Stock in the vault, stock per 1,000,000 coins, price / book, the last purchases. No wallet needed.
Take
Burn an amount, see both exits side by side, sign, get a receipt.
Trade
Three tabs: the coin and the two stock tokens, each traded straight on its own venue. We add no fee of our own.
Proof
The ledger, the meter and the contract facts, each line with a link to the chain.

Decisions

Name Hybirdex, ticker $HYBRID
The ticker carries the meaning, the name is ownable.
Vault holds NVDA and SPY
One growth name, one broad market token; both deep on the chain.
The vault never sells
No discretion, nothing for a keeper to decide.
Redeem by burn, against total supply
A claim nobody can inflate.
Exit fee 3%, kept in the vault
Leaving pays the stayers.
Tax 2%, split 75 / 23 / 2
Same cost to traders as the reference; the team is paid in the open.
Dev bag 3%, locked 90 days
Small, visible, slow.
0% of our own on Trade
The page exists to make "dex" true, not to charge.
No owner, no withdraw; a guardian that only pauses buys
The fee cannot leave; one brake for a broken pool.
Contracts reviewed before the app
Fixes ripple through everything built on top.
Own-wallet meter on the front page
The reference's top user was its own deployer.

Still open

  • A1: NVDA and SPY get equal value at purchase. Assumed, not yet confirmed by the founder.
  • A2: the exchange page (coin, NVDA, SPY) is in scope. Assumed.
  • The launchpad's settings on launch day. The vault pins them when it is deployed, and the launch stops if they change before it.
  • Share cards for a holder, a receipt and a purchase: planned, not built.

Moat

What a copy would still lack.

First of its shape
Coins on this chain pay stock tokens out to holders in drips. No vault that accumulates them and redeems by burn was found on 2026-10-13.
The vault is the network effect
Every trade since launch is still inside it. A clone starts at zero stock on its first day, every time.
A public history
The ledger is a record no newcomer has: months of dated purchases with transaction hashes.
Leaving is not selling
A holder who wants out can take stock instead of selling into the pool. Exits that would hurt the price leave 3% behind for the rest.
Brand
The H mark, "stock inside", and the meter. The first coin to publish how much of its volume is its own.
Technical
An ownerless vault with reviewed fee plumbing on this launchpad, and nine invariants with proofs. Copying the idea is easy; copying it safely takes the same work.

A clone needs

  • A vault contract
  • A review it can show
  • A coin with volume
  • A team that leaves the fee alone

And still lacks

  • Our accumulated stock
  • Our ledger history
  • The first-mover sentence
  • Holders who already hold a claim worth burning for

The honest weak point: the launchpads that already pay stock tokens to holders could add "redeem by burn" quickly. Speed and the review are the answer, not secrecy.

Both faces

Heads: a memecoin.Tails: a vault of NVDA and SPY.

Most coins die holding nothing. This one dies holding Nvidia.

Hybirdex is an experimental on-chain product. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $HYBRID is a memecoin: its price can fall to zero and nothing on this page promises it any value.

The stock tokens in the vault are issued by a third party. They follow the price of a share; they are not the share, and they carry no ownership or vote today. Their issuer can pause them, block an address and change their contract. They are not offered to persons in the United States and in some other countries, and you are responsible for knowing whether you may hold them.

The redeem function is a feature of an immutable contract, not a promise by any person or company. Smart contracts can contain errors that a review did not find, and an ownerless vault cannot be repaired after the fact.

Hybirdex is not affiliated with NVIDIA, with the sponsor of the S&P 500 ETF, with Robinhood, with the launchpad or with any project named on this page. Figures about other projects were read from public sources on the stated date and may have changed. Do your own research and never use funds you cannot afford to lose.
